Thomas Delahaye, Managing Partner of CST Land Developers, LLC, brings vision and expertise in land acquisition, building ordinances, construction contracts, and management to the firm. He was formerly a practicing attorney and land developer for more than 30 years. Born and raised in Plaquemine, Louisiana, Tom attended Loyola University and Loyola University Law School. He is active in the community and was re-elected to the Iberville Parish School Board, serving four, 4-year terms. He retired from his law practice in 2006 and now works full-time as CST’s managing partner. While practicing, he began developing and acquired property, owning and managing commercial and residential units, including single family subdivisions and apartment communities. He developed and operated The Crossing Apartments, a 136 unit LIHTC apartment community in Livingston Parish, prior to forming CST Land Developers. His business acumen in land development, financing, contracts and management over his 30 year career is a major asset to CST Land Developers.

Christopher Coffin, Partner and Stan Baudin, Partner, CST Land Developers are actively engaged in the development of properties since the firm’s formation in 2006. As partners in CST Land Developers, Chris and Stan have led the acquisition and development of highly successful multi-family housing communities, including a 180-unit affordable housing development producing a cash developer fee in excess of two million dollars, a 144-unit and a 192-unit HUD 221 d4 housing communities. The developments have a proven track record of meeting or beating budgets, completion dates, and lease-up schedules. Occupancy rates typically stabilize quickly and maintain at 97 to 99 percent. Chris and Stan are currently partners in the law firm Pendley, Baudin and Coffin of Plaquemine and New Orleans, Louisiana. Their legal expertise, management oversight, and business credentials provide strength and expertise to CST Land Developers, LLC.
